Before you begin
Where do tenders come from?
Sources: licensed ÚVO bulletin open data and TED notices for Slovakia. Public EVO attachments are read where the supported interface is available. Upload missing originals. Data may be delayed; external platforms and all later changes are not automatically covered.
What does the analysis cover?
Read tender instructions, specifications, annexes, contract terms and available changes. It identifies eligibility, award criteria, deadlines and required documents. Check unread drawings and files in the original.
Does BIDWAY issue official certificates?
No. Obtain criminal-record and registry extracts, tax and insurance certificates, bank guarantees and other official evidence from their issuers. Use the authority’s JED model or the official ÚVO ESPD tool.
Does BIDWAY submit bids?
No. Review the latest documents, sign where required and submit on the prescribed platform. BIDWAY does not sign or submit bids.
What does company matching mean?
A ranking based on activities, related terms, exclusions and CPV. It is not a win probability or proof of eligibility.
Are documents always current?
Accessible sources are checked again, but public datasets can lag and the platform may not expose all changes. Check the current tender profile and authority messages. For uploads, confirm that your package is current.
