1. Service
BIDWAY helps businesses discover procurements, analyse source documents and prepare drafts. Sources include licensed ÚVO bulletin data and publicly available supported EVO attachments, Slovak TED notices and user uploads. Only publicly accessible, supported files are downloaded automatically. Complete market coverage and all amendments are not guaranteed.
2. Account
Provide accurate data and use only documents you may process. Keep credentials private and do not access other accounts. The service is intended for business use; applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
3. Price
The monthly plan costs €67.99 and includes 10 analyses and 10 document preparations per paid period. Unused credits expire. Payments are card-only through Stripe. Renewal is monthly until cancelled. The configured amount is the total plan price; the operator must verify applicable VAT treatment and invoicing before opening sales.
4. Activation and cancellation
The plan is activated after confirmed payment. Manage or cancel renewal through the account and configured Stripe portal, or contact kontakt@bidway.eu if unavailable. Cancellation stops future renewals according to its confirmation; paid-period access follows account status. Issues and refunds are assessed under the contract and applicable law.
5. Outputs
Outputs are supporting materials and drafts for review, not Official certificates or guarantees of admission or award. Verify notices, tender instructions, specifications, annexes, clarification notices and portal rules. Users set prices, confirm capability and provide truthful information. Official certificates, tax statements, business registry extracts, guarantees, insurance and certifications must come from their competent issuers. Use the prescribed official JED / ESPD model or tool. BIDWAY does not sign or submit bids.
6. Limitations
Availability and formats may change. Damaged or protected files, scans, drawings and specialist budgets may require manual review. An omitted requirement does not prove its absence. Access controls and private database licences are respected. A technical task failure returns its reserved credit; repeat downloads do not cost an additional credit.
7. Privacy and changes
The privacy policy explains processing. Changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated before application under the contract and applicable law. Users remain responsible for final verification, signature and submission.
