A notice helps you find a contract. A participation decision also requires current tender documents.
Verify the original source
Check the buyer, reference, scope, lots, procedure and deadlines. ÚVO and TED notices may refer to EVO or another platform. Award notices and consultations are not automatically open invitations.
Read the documents together
Tender instructions, specifications, bills of quantities, pricing forms and draft contracts can each impose requirements. Distinguish eligibility, award criteria and contractual obligations.
Track changes
Review clarifications, amendments and updated deadlines. Record the file, version and location supporting each finding. Ask the authority to clarify contradictions rather than guessing.
Prepare a practical checklist
Record submission stage, original model, format, signer, portal section and submission receipt. Separate evidence required with the bid from evidence requested later.
